As a child, I was always curious and interested in how things worked, that curiosity grew with me as I got older. At an early age, I worked with my dad around the house puttering with plumbing, electrical or construction. From there, I grew passionate about building. I had a summer job building picnic tables and sheds. In high school, I worked with Smitty’s Contruction and started learning the ins and outs of construction from the ground up. I then attended Penn College for carpentry to sharpen my skills and learn the business background. At that point I worked for Simplex Homes learning the modular side of things to see what direction I wanted to pursue. I chose stick building homes and haven’t looked back. I started my own business, Mooney Builders LLC in 2011 and have built over 30 homes from the ground up. We offer all phases of construction, both residential and commercial and will partner with Earth farm Studios Inc. for building design and drafting services. We also specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, pole barns, garages and much more. Our motto goes a long way, “You dream it………. and We build it”
